Step Four - Stabilizing Concentration and Finding Balance

Review

We first learned to rest in the breath, repeatedly and gently returning when we find attention on some other object (thought, sensation, or sensory data). We then added attending to breath in a focused way using an "anchor" or "home" in the breath. Today we will stabilize concentration and work with balance.
